Hi,
My brother had bought a watch for me on rakhi on the 18th of August 2016 from showroom. He was not aware that i had the same watch. He went back to return it (buy a backpack in stead) but the showroom refused to exchange it. My brother had to buy the bag separately and the watch is basically a waste now. The reason for not exchanging was they had put stamp on the warranty card. Is this how THE TITAN works?
