I Purchased Fastrack Revoltt FS1 1.83" on 11.05.2023. But recently the display of my watch is not coming. I launched the complaint on 29.06.2023 but no action has been taken apart from Ticket Generation. i.e. TKT-[protected].
I took follow-up via mail and 3 days back I got another mail that my complaint has been transferred to the concerned department but still, no update came.
Request you to pl intervene and help me to resolve it as earliest as possible because it has been delayed already.
