Titan Company — I did not get a proper bill. | |
I went to the titan showroom at city centre durgapur on 17th april 2018 to get a band replaced on one of my watches and to get the battery of another repaired. On entering the showroom until the time a handmade bill was being written and i enquired about the same, i was not informed that the system was not working. They charged me gst but did not give a proper invoice. They gave me a handmade bill and charged the full amount in cash. I was not informed until i asked that i was to pay the amount in cash. When i refused to pay in cash and said that i should have been informed on entering the store that i would pay only in card, the sales girl “bijaya yadav” behaved very rudely and threatened to remove the repairs done to my watches. Is this the kind of behaviour to be expected by customers??? Was this information helpful? | |
