First of all, I did not expect this from Titan, it's almost a month, and i have not received my refund. My card has been charged with a huge amount, and the refund is still not reflecting.
I have spoken with many customer care representatives, they say it's escalated and i dont get any update/email/call/sms about the same.
I also escalated this on Twitter, but not getting any response.
