I purchases three watches from titan store, capital mall, bhwadi (Rjasthan) on 17.03.2019. One watch suddenly stopped on 27.03.2019 and its back cover also became loose. I straightway visited the store and described my issue. The technician (Mr. Dinesh) without any communication skills told me that you have changed the battery from somewhere and now its chargeable. 110 rs is not a big deal for any customer. Now there are three things.
1. How can a local battery got fitted in a watch of titan?
2. Titan needs to train their personnels how to behave with the customer.?
3. Within the days of purchase why will a customer get his battery changed from outer source when the watch is said to be under warranty.?
4. How can i trust titan service for one year if in first week such things happened?
I gave a call to customer care and told him the situation he gave me a ticket id: [protected]
Now my point is it is a franchise showroom so is it not possible that the persons working there has changed the battery if he is not trusting the customer out of common sense. How will a customer believe that the battery inside the watch is of titan? Out of trust only but such showrooms are spoiling your image and i seriously need an action for my complaint. Meanwhile i saw many customer complaints present at the store customer book and no actions were taken on that. This is also alarming for your firm.
