I have raised a complaint with customer care yet there is no resolution or movement from past 3 months.
We had purchased a Titan watch worth 10k and it stopped working before it's warranty ended. As the team couldn't repair it they gave us a replacement number however the expiry period was not mentioned well.
Post expiry we were suggested to reach out to the customer care which we did 3 months ago, even after continuous follow up there is no resolution or movement.
We purchase Tata products only in respect to Ratan Tata Sir but the company employees are totally ruining the experience. I feel like my money has gone for a toss but trying this as a last resort.
