[Resolved] Titan Company — order no: 45430 - refund status

Hi Team,

I have ordered a watch through online titan.co.in. Order no is: 45430.
Returned the watch for some reason and the refund process has started.
I got SMS on 18th Sep that the refund has been initiated. I haven't get nothing.

Called customer support many times and raised a complaint against it. On 22nd Oct got a mail that refund has been initiated and the amount will get transferred to my account within 7-15 days. I still didn't get the refund.

Again called the customer support, they are telling the same story that they registered a complaint with billing department and I will get mail with transaction details in next 24hrs.
