Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
I was trying to buy a watch (model no 1729SL01) from your website on 27.11.2018 and had placed the order using my credit card. Money amounting to Rs. 1835.00 was deducted from my account but the order was canceled. I had contacted your customer care center but they kept repeating that they cannot help me. After that I had mailed you on 28.11.2018 about the issue and had received a reply the next day that you will look into my complaint. I had also forwarded the screen-shot of my account statement to your mail but till now I have not received any reply from your end. So stop the harassment and refund my money.
