I am a customer of victim of poor quality manufactured by titan and aamir khan used to endorse this watch. I purchased a watch model no r811 - edge on 06/08/2011 thinking that it will work the durability. After 3. 8 years, the watch dial digits started falling in watch. I gave a complaint of customer complaint regarding this manufacture defect. They stated that they will fix the watch. The shop name helios and mr raj (North regional head) are saying that you have to pay for the new watch dial.
My raj (Mobile no [protected]) from titan has declined to provide replacement free of cost. I feel this is poor service even after accepting manufacture defect customer has to bear the cost of the spare part.
Why titan dial cannot be printed if the watch dial cannot be manufacture right?
Titan is unable to provide after sales service.
I have 25 year old titan watch that is working without any issue. The digits still stick to the dial. It is hard to believe that now titan provides poor defective product and expecting customer to pay for manufacture defect. The glue dried up and digit stick starting falling on everyday usage.
Regional head mr raj on call told that you can go to consumer court.
I will never buy anything purchased by titan looking at poor quality and service.
