I have purchased a new watch of fastback model no 61795mui on 24.05.19, dealer 61185 on 24.05.2019, and within 5months it suddenly stopped and became unserviceable. I have taken to the concerned dealer and made the complain he kept the watch and send it for servicing after about 20days i received my watch after necessary servicing and replacement of parts fma-vx9jei (Mf3eye+2push) 33.06.
Again it suddenly stopped today the same problem arises again and when i asked for the replacement he is denying and told to go to the service center which is around 10kms from my residence. After purchasing a costly watch with full payment and reputed band, if my watch had to remain in service for more than one month within one year it is ridiculous. I therefore request you to arrange for the replacement of my watch at the earliest.
