I have ordered a Titan watch from the titan online website. When I open the watch I found that the strap of the watch is totally different in color than what was shown on the website, so as per titan norms I raised the return request through the customer care number and also through email on the 7th of August 2022. I got a confirmation email but the delivery did not happen, I again email them for a return request and for a refund on 9th August 2022, and a new ticket was generated and I was told your product will be picked up. yet it does not happen. I have made multiple phone calls and email trails but till date i.e. 26th August 2022, my complaint is not resolved, the entire process is mentally touching and time-consuming. No one is ready to take accountability for such a torturous act. It's been 20 days now I am being chasing Titan for resolving my issue
