I am nisheeth gaur from mehsana gujarat. This complaint is regarding my golden harvest scheme[protected]. I have opened this on 18.03.2019.
I paid seven installment through online. Due to my personal requirement i opt for refund for the scheme and waited for withdrawl. I uploaded all documents.
I uploaded all documents on 02.08.2020.
I have received mail on 14.08.2020 that money will be refunded in 10 working days. I regularly communicated with customer care but they are saying u have alrady reedemed. I asked them if i have redeemed then give me a bill if i have purchased anything. They have no proper data base, imcompetent employee. They are not refunding money and delaying it. As a customer it is very bad experience with tanisq. If they are claiming that i have reedemed it then they should prove when i have purchased? (Bill, date of purchase, store).
Here i m escalating this matter now and waiting for action. They should refund my money with in time. If needed i m ready to take this matter in consumer forum. Was this information helpful? |
