Titan Company — Regarding servicing | |||
Hello sir/madam I gave my titan watch for the servicing but, yet i have not received my watch back. I submitted at 12-06-16 and its almost 15 days are over. I asked two time and both the time they say parts are not available. I am surprised that, titan is making product and sell but, for the servicing they don't have parts ready. When i asked when parts will come they say don't know. How this kind of irresponsible servicing centre titan opens. Now please let me know when i can get back my watch. Watch details are : Jo no.
