Titan Company — Regarding wrong product received

This is to notify that I have received different product instead of ordered product, I have ordered Titan Skeleton Automatic watch but received different product of same company with tag of ordered watch product.In the box I have not got any warranty/guarantee card accept the invoice of ordered product.

For this I have called customer care and mailed on e-commerce titan care on the same day of 8th of this month, but till now no solution has been provided instead taking and extending time .

I request to solve the issue as soon as possible by providing the resolution for the same,
