[Resolved] Titan Company — reminder 2 titan sonata poor watch belt pin quality | |||
Dear titan team, After several mail and reminder still awaiting permanent resolution from titan team and which is unfortunate. Watch is purchased in aug. 2018 and visited titan showroom almost 4 times for permanent solution. I require refund or replacement of another watch from titan sode otherwise will have to consumer court. If titan doesn't feel important to help customer after several follow up and reminder for permanenet solution then customer will never think to go for any titan product henceforth.
