[Resolved] Titan Company — replacement of sonata sf smart band | |||
Hi, I have purchased Sonata SF Smart band on 06/01/2019 from World of Titan HSR store in Bangalore. During initial days band was charging through laptop but suddenly it has stopped charging through laptop. It is charging improperly only through mobile charger. Battery backup is also reduced. It is clearly the manufacturing fault which has occurred just within two months of purchase. I bought the Band to HSR store from where I purchased it and they are denying to replace it despite the fault it has. They are just taking their hands away instead of solving problem. Being a regular Titan customer this is really frustrating and annoying. I am sharing Invoice and warranty card for your reference. Please do the needful and replace the fitness band which is kept in store from past two weeks. Ticket id raised for this [protected] is taking longer than estimated time. I have not received any response since couple of weeks. I am highly disappointed with Titan service. First of all store executives are not willing to take initiatives and help out in this situation moreover customer care department is also non-responsive. Till now I was experiencing good quality and service from Titan but I can observe decreasing quality of products as well as poor customer service day-by-day. In future I will never prefer any of the Titan product and I also share this pathetic experience from Titan so that people can make their better choices of going with other products. I am highly disappointed with after sales and customer care services. Please send me your escalation matrix so that I can highlight to your senior authority about decreasing customer service.
