Hi, i bought a titan raga watch from amazon on 4th march 2018. After a couple of weeks the lock broke which i got fixed from the titan store, then after couple of weeks the strap broke, i again got it fixed, now the strap has again broken, its not even been a complete year and the watch has broken 4 times. Is there any replacement policy because i cant keep getting it fixed as the titan store is too far away to go there every couple of weeks. Was this information helpful? |
