I have purchased an automatic watch from titan, I used very less number of times, unfortunately the watch glass was broken and I submitted it to the Titan service center for glass replacement, after 20 days they call me and told like the glass is not available and company also not providing spare parts and they offered 20% of my watch price if I give it to them, but the watch is still available in all Titan stores and Online as well . Regarding this issue I have raised a complaint to customer care and requested for the spare part, It's been almost 2 months and I didnt get any reply from them also whenever I reach to customer care they are telling the same story that I will get updates within 24-48hrs, I didnt get any updates and resolution yet.
