I had purchased titan wristwatch model no 9449km01j from titan world, burdwan, gt road branch, west bengal, pin-713101. The watch was seen a written 'all stainless steel' written on the bachside.. However.. After 6 months o[censored]se its rusted now though i took a recommended care of it. How is it possible with a real stainless steel? Also it became repeatedly slow.. I contacted the service care.. After keeping it for a week they said its ok now.. Again i got the problem repeatedly.. And each time the same respons from the respective service care repeated. Am very very unsatisfied wid the service they provide. It should not be with a big name like titan watches.. If you can, please respond to the issue as soon as possible.
