[Resolved] Titan Company — Watch nh2531sl01 | |||
Sir/Madam, I had a strap to be replaced of my NH2531SL01 watch and it has been 2 months since i gave my watch for the same. Nothing has changed since, I am fed up from calling the titan service center in my area. They say there is no replacement piece available and that too after two months and now they are not ready to even give a reduction coupon . Never expected such a poor service for a watch with more than one year guarantee. Next time I will make sure never to buy any titan products. Was this information helpful? | |||
