I purchased Fastrack Reflex Play Plus watch in January 2023, within a month within a month the I the watch was stopped charging. I went to service center here in Nashik and after 15 days they resolved the problem. However, again the issue reappeared in April and I emailed them back on21st April 2023 but apart from the acknowledgement email I didn't receive any communication. When called on the toll-free no. They have informed me that I will receive a call within 2 to 4 hours but it's been two days now. Please if you can help here.
