Titan Company — Watch not delivered, money paid in advance

I have ordered a watch through https://www.helioswatchstore.com/ on 5/10/2022 with payment made as advance.

but till date it is not delivered but the website shows the said order as completed without even delivered.
I have sent them mail, whatsapp also but not received any response.
i have tried to contact them on Twitter and called on their Toll Free number also..but all in vain..
