[Resolved] Titan — defective delivery of wrist watch | |||
I have purchased a wrist watch from Titan Stores vide Bill.No.[protected] dated 09/08/2014 for Rs.4404.00. At the time of delivery I informed that the lock of watch was open and when I opened the pack of watch for use on 10/08/2014 the watch was out of order. Therefore I rushed for complaint to titan store on 11/08/2014 the concerning person declined to replace the watch and repaired watch only. As the watch is defective then I want replacement of same watch or cash refund, if the same model not in stock Was this information helpful? | |||
