This is for your kind notice. (Receipt no AIS0007242) I have visited your Titan Eye+ aundh pune on 6 dec with my aunty as she came from abroad so i took her to your store for frame and that day itself we booked 2 frames and glasses costing at around 12000/- each, we paid them 6000/- as an advance amount. they said the frame will be ready on 12 dec. we went on 12 dec to collect the frame but the commitment which they have given to us was not fulfilled as the glasses which their representative have shoon on 6th dec was different, we asked them to correct the glasses an give us the committed glasses what they have told us in beginning, they were very rude with me and my aunty they even dont know how to speak to an NRI, their representative was so rude he was saying do what ever you want to do you do we are not scared with any one and you have to take the glasses what they have made if not they will not return the money.. and also entire staff dont know your customer care helpline timing. at 8pm they were showing me your customer care helpline number and were saying to call them an give complaint. Also i have requested them to provide me the Xerox copy of the form which they have taken on our first visit but they said they cant give as it is against their policy. What i believe is that you take all details of customer on that form you should provide second copy to customer, as nothing is there on receipt. My aunty is not happy with the service she has got from you aundh outlet, now when i call them after 2 months they are saying your complaint is closed and you will not get your money back.
