[Resolved] Titan Eye Plus — progressive lens | |||
Purchased a progressive lens with frame from this outlet in the month of feb2018. The first time, i did my power testing with their own technician and the glasses were made. It was not satisfactory. Next i was suggested to consult an optolmoligist and was told to bring the power reading. I did so and they replaced the lens. However, i continue to face the same issue and not satisfied with the glasses. Tgey have informed that they cannot make any changes as the lens was made according to the reading provided by me. I feel there, there an issue with the production if lens in their factory. We pay such a premium cost, thinking it's s well known brand, but end up losing our money and eyesight if we try n adjust to the glasses. The shop is helpless and so are we. Suggest that the glasses be made by the optometrist attached to your optolmoligist only. Totally dissatisfied with titan service Was this information helpful? | |||
