I have purchased the spectacle from Titan eye plus with new ray ban frame and lens but at Using first day only the glass was broken. Totally done the fraud.

My returned product (sunglass) was picked up on 3rd February 2024 due to issue of the product (as it was too bright). The product has reached to their warehouse on 15th February and I was informed that the refund will be made within 4-5 days. February is over and till now i have not received my refund yet. I have been calling customer care every alternate days and every time its the same repetitive answer from them that " the refund has been...

Received broken goggle on 11/12/23. Same day I emailed the issue to company. Next day customer care guided me how to return the product from App and done accordingly. Till today no refund. I am fed up

I am Dr Sanjeev Kumar Rastogi an NRI living in Dubai. My hometown in India is Lucknow. I am a very old customer of Titan Eye showroom at Hazratgunj, Lucknow. During my recent visit I had given order for making two progressive glasses one for my wife and one for myself on 14 Dec 2023 and made an advance payment of INR 30000/- The spectacles were to be delivered to me at Jodhpur on 20 Dec 2023. However till 21 Dec 2023 they could not be delivered. I called the sales man at Lucknow Mr Avanish that I didnt received the spectacles and Im leaving back for Dubai. He told me that by mistake they sent the courier to Lucknow from their center at Bengaluru. It is their fault and they will deliver it to me at Dubai for free. I am at Dubai now and I got a message from a courier company Aramex today ie 28 Dec 2023 that I need to pay Dirhams 194.01 at the time of delivery. I discussed this with their store manager Mr Praveen that if this is mistake of the company Im not responsible to pay any charges as agreed before. He says I will need to share the expenses. I have already paid a heavy amount for the spectacles and now I am being harrassed to pay heavy delivery charges also for no fault of mine. I demand justice in this case and retrieval of my spectacles or refund of my entire money back.

The manager was telling the work to optom to do his work also and he was talking on phone. and again he was not telling if any complaint or any missing the optom should be informed to high authority he will be simple seating and do time passing . i got a complaint by titan eye plus working people only . i am requesting you to take immediate action on manager

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased a pair of eyeglasses for nearly 25k from Titan Eyeplus Mangaore outlet in September 2022.

I am unable to wear it since it causes terrible pain above my eye brows and on the sides of both eyes whenever I use them.

Upon checking with a local eye store, I was informed that the Titan Eye glasses have Eye-PD issue.

I have personally visited the store and sent several mails to rectify the mistake and provide me a suitable glass which I can use.

However, till date, Titan did not give any solution except asking me to wait.

The glasses purchased for a huge amount is just lying in the cupboard because of imperfect lens.

Kindly intervene and resolve the issue and oblige.

As per prescription and also per the eye check up made by Titan eyeplus, my eye power is 3.75. However glasses with power 4 has been given to me, and having trusted the company continued to use the product for close to 2 years.
Upon a regular check up, i got to know that the glass power is 4 (and not 3.75 as agreed to be provided and paid for) due to which my eye power has dwindled too much and has led to extreme levels of stress to my eyes.

I ordered 2 pairs of lenses at Titan Eye Plus shop at Anna Nagar, Chennai on 27Nov2022 for Rs 57, 799. I was given a receipt for this advance amount. For one pair I was given a 10% discount and nothing for the other pair. the delivery is only on 02Dec. After reaching home I found an earlier message from Titan that I am eligible for 20% discount on lenses with a coupon code till 30Nov2022. When I approached the shop, they simply refused to give the eligible discount. I am losing Rs 7, 079 because of this attitude from Titan.
I need this discount.

Low quality lenses provided. Harassment by staff
I had purchased my Titan eye plus frame and lens from Sree Ayyappan agencies, Pattom, Trivandrum on 29/08/2022.
I purchased the best quality lens and frame and the total bill cost me Rs 10798/. I was assured of scratch resistant coating on the lens.
But the lens started showing scratches right in the middle of the central portion of vision. Now it is giving me severe eye strain.

I approached the showroom Sree Ayyappan agencies, Pattom, Trivandrum where the manager Mr Anish was extremely rude to me and also harrased me saying it is solely because of my mishandling of the lens.
I have been a Titan Eye Plus customer since 7 years and also have used other brands of lenses. But I have not gotten scratches so easily.
I need a replacement of the lens since I am sure I have been provided with poor quality lens. I have also been harassed by Titan eye plus staff in Sree Ayyappan agencies, Pattom, Trivandrum.
Take this issue very seriously and provide me with a solution as soon as possible.

I, Dr. Veda Hegde & my husband (Dr. Ajantha GS) got my new titan eye plus lens (Rushab Eye care UG 12, 4A/2, Marvel Artiza Opp KIMS Jayanagar, Vidya Nagar, Hubballi, Phone No:[protected] following a change of my eye number on 19th March 2022. However, we not able to see properly as the optometrist hasn't checked our eyes number properly. We have paid a lot of money for it but we can't wear these Glasses as our head aches & am not able to see properly. I have complained to the person in the shop that this problem is there but nothing was done. There was absolutely no issues with the frame of our spectacles. I want a refund of the same or a new set of spectacle for this. I have complained previously but is of no use. We got no communication for this problem.

I wanted a new set of glasses as the number of my eyes had changed. However, i realized after few weeks that i am not able to see properly, however, they didn't do anything. I have paid so much for the glasses but in vain. since the glasses are just lying in my house, it is just of no use. The same problem is with my husband too. the first time we got spectacles from titan eye plus was excellent but 2nd time, the optometrist didn't check our eyes properly. Its very sad that we spent thousands of rupees & now its all gone in vain

Mailed them mANY TIMEs to correct the prescription but they never corrected it nor responded to any of the mails...I was a prepaid Order and I couldn't cancel it...I had great expectations from a TATA owned company...But these are also a bunch of frauds whose sole aim is to wrest money from the CUSTOMER and then stop responding to mails...

How shameless and depraved they are that they EARN their livelihood by defrauding the hard earned money of the CUSTOMERs...These venomous creatures must be feeling proud after cheating CUSTOMERs but death is better than the ignoble life of these ###...May the TATAs go out of business soon...and may the person who uploaded the wrong prescription rot in hell with his children and family...

I brought contact lens from Titan eye plus ( neeladri road, bangalore ) some 1-3 months ago.
The lens are not giving proper vision. It's blurred.
Could you please refund the entire amount or else give me new pair of 6 contact lens. I am not able to see properly. Buying contact lens from you is not worth, I am not able to see at all. It's all blurred after wearing the contact lenses.

Vide invoice B30008216 dt 25.4.22 I purchased spectacles from dealer of tital eyeplus at salem. The spectacles was defective and I returned it. After a month, ie 8.6.22 the same was returned. However, the problem still exists. As I am working in the kitchen, there is all chance of getting hot stuff spilling by using this spectacles.

On 10/03/2022 I purchased one pair of spectacles (glass and specs) from your shop "Karuna Management Services Ltd" vide Invoice no. BKK00176000 dated 10/03/2022 after I have been examined/ checked at your shop by your Ophthalmologist (?) / optometry person, where she has prescribed the glass power (measurement) to be taken. Since I would get reimbursement from my office for the Spectacles (glass and specs), I need to collect the copy of the prescription (optometry advice copy, where the name and qualification of the person who examined my eyes for glass power should be there on the copy). But your shop simply denied to give me the same. The shop simply handed me one card where the glass power is mentioned, nothing else.
What is this? If they are denying to put on their qualification with registration no.it means they are not qualified enough to check our eyes. It means it's a fraud. And you are doing it to simply sell your spectacles products. This will definitely spoil your brand image.
I earnestly request you to look into it and provide me with the actual document which you are supposed to give.

I wanted to share and express my grief my worst experience in order to talk against this wrong thing happened with me.
I, Sneha Mukherjee resident of Kolkata visited Gorakhpur in the year 2019, december. I purchased a Titan Fast track glass from the shop 𝗩𝗜𝗝𝗔𝗬 𝗣𝗘𝗡 𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗡𝗘𝗥 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗢𝗣𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗦, Golghar Gorakhpur. They are your authorised dealer. They have provided wrong and high power in my glass and also I paid them for High Index but they gave me a wrong, high power glass with very thick glass.
At that time they said they have done correctly and I will be used to it and glasses will be alright after some days. But unfortunately after coming in kolkata, I faced lots of headache and eye pain because of Wrong and high power glass, I had suffered a lot but I did not able to understand the problem. Then due to pandemic I did not able to go Gorakhpur and confront them. So due to very much eye straining and eye paing I went to eye hospital for eye check up and then I got to know that from last many days I was wearing wrong power glasses made by the VIJAY PEN CORNER AND SPECTACLES, authorised dealer of your company.
Please help me regarding this matter.
They have charged me 2500/- and my total money have wasted, I has only purchased from that local shop by seeing your company name. Sorry to say but how would I or my family, friends will able to trust your name, if this people misuse your name.

I bought a spectacles worth Rs 4100 from Titan eye plus on December 28th. I used it a very few times. And within three months the frame got broken now. When asked in their showroom, they told frame brokage will not be covered under warranty whereas I see there is a warranty period of atleast 6 months for frame. It's a huge loss for me. They produce such a poor quality of spectacles which broke within 3 months. They are cheating customers like this while getting huge amount for their products

I SAROJ RUNGTA purchased one frame from TITAN EYEPLUS, Midnapore(W.B) showroom and after eye power checked good quality progressive power glass purchased vide Invoice no B4X0009792 dt 07/12/2021 and get fitted. The lense was costly, but I purchased thinking that a branded shop will give better quality for safety of my eye. But after few days I found that spots are coming on glasses, and it’s staining gradually, ultimately I went yesterday at your Midnapore’s showroom, but attending MADAM denied to take it or repair it, and told that some thing is hitted on glass for that the stain has come. I told you see by touching glasses It is smooth and if there is any thing hitted there you will find some rough feeling, it’s not for any outside hitting, and since I am using spectacle since last ten years, I keep it quite safely. This time I choose to take your reputed showroom spectacle, no one entertain to hear our complain. I am sure that due to glass problem stains on both glass and at same position increasing. I request you to needful.

Please note I had bought new glass in Jan 2022 and within a week the one lens has got scratches. When I buyed these glasses i was told it has 1 year warranty and I was not informed that scratches will not be covered under warranty instead I was told it's scratch resident and other features. I had buyed this paying full amount. Now within one week it has developed big scratch and I had approached store they told me within 24 hours they will...

I bought a frame and lens of Rs.16000 from Titan Eye Plus, BDA Complex, Banshankari, Bangalore. It is the worst product I have ever bought. From day one it was uncomfortable. After a week I visited and complained. They did some repair and gave it back. Again the issue started. There is hitching on both sides of nose. There are heavy marks on both side and on nose. I never thought they sell this kind of products. Thought I had a lot of option, I went to Titan as it is Tata product. They are damaging the brand name.

I bought a pair of specs on 29 oct 2021 from kechari chowk outlet, Bhagalpur, Bihar. Within a couple of month it's broken at the bolder. As per the warranty card it's subject to replacement or repair but the sales executive at the outlet is claiming another version of damage to be true and is denying to co operate. The warranty card states “damage at the bolder" whereas the sales executive claims ”Damage of the bolder" . This is really misguiding and non transparent. Despite of mailing several times to the customer care there's no response. This is really very disappointing.Appears that may be they will reply when the warranty period is over. If this is the customer service it's better not to use such brand.

My Titan eyeplus progressive lenses purchased in May 2019 for Rs 12000 at Adyar, Chennai store developed scratches on completion of 1 year of purchase despite diligent and proper care and management.
Both the lenses have become patchy and unusable.
I am totally disappointed with the quality of lenses provided by a company of the stature of Tata group. I only hope that the store compensate s my loss by giving free replacement of lenses of matching value.

I brought titan eye frame from Rajendra nagar, Patna but till now they are not changing the damage frame. Store not even replying or giving any kind of solution. This is really frustrating as a branded company is doing things like this. I need a quick action right now regarding this complain.

I have brought a Titan Frame on 5th Nov 2020 (Invoice #BXN0013269). The coating started to peel off about 7-8 months after using the product. I went to the nearest Titan Eye Plus store where they said there is no warranty on discounted frames. Is it because the discounted frames already have some dispute, and hence no warranty? Also when I brought the product I was not intimidated that there will be no warranty on discounted frames!

Desirable resolution: I am requesting a replacement of the frame.

I asked the store manager to provide me to titan case, but he negligent and he behaves very rudely which is very unprofessional abusing the words

I am Palak Jain from Bhilwara Rajasthan, I have recently purchased a frame of code FT1171WFP4V and Lenses of code STP16ZWM03220 and STP16ZWM04015.
After purchasing the lenses I faced a lot of problems in my eyes leading to swollen and a lot of pain . Suffering the same I went to the store and made a complaint but they didn't payed any attention. When I went for eye checkup it resulted the different number in my eyes from number they prepared. I showed them the slip but they denied and said what they have made is correct.
