On approaching the store i was curtly informed that there is nothing they can do about it as the spring of the frame has been damaged and i would have to buy a new frame costing 2500/. I have a very bad experience from titan eye+ titan eye plus in malviya nagar, delhi - 110017. i am reproducing the mails i have sent to them as well as titan eye plus customercare. even after three weeks, there is nobody come forward to resolve the complaint. i am planning to take up the matter in the consumer court.
