Frame Damage
I had purchased Two Glasses from Titan Eye Plus. One with Rayban frame and glass, second one i fitted tht glass on my old Rayban Frame.
After 15day of Purchase - Old Frame with glass fitted, Glass came since the fitting was not proper, I took the frame to the shop and there is no proper response.
After 24 days - New Frame also Broken, i took the same to the shop, they are saying warranty not covered for this.
Irresponsible people. from Guduvanchery showroom chennai.

This complain is to bring to notice a huge disappointment in terms of service which i have experienced in one of titan eye plus stores.
I, who happens to be a very regular customer of your titan eye plus company and truly appreciate the kind of products which are provided to customers from the company's end which has been the prime reason for choosing this company again and again.
But unfortunately my past experience at one of the titan stores is disappointing to an extent that it raises a matter of concern for me to be able to trust the company again but having being a regular customer i believe the company will come to a just solution.

I had ordered for the making of titan eye plus power glasses lately at the store mentioned above. After i received the spectacles from the very first day i had issue in seeing through the same.
I immediately went to the titan eye plus store mentioned above and communicated the same to the respective team members. After looking through the situation i was conveyed that it is a matter of progressive power and will get sorted after some time.
I trusted the company and gave it a few days time. Unfortunately it did not get sorted to which i again approached the store.
They measured my eye power and tallied it to the doctor prescription and again communicated that it is made according to the power mentioned and the power i had and again told me to give it some time. Days kept passing and the situation did not get solved. Records could be checked because i kept going to the store of and on to hear the same reply again and again.
I had to leave patna due to some family commitments and had to come to kolkata. One day prior to leaving patna i personally went to patna store and i was told things will be sorted in kolkata store if required since the problem was not sorted till then also.
After i went to kolkata store based in city centre 2 i was communicated that there is discrepancy in terms of power in the eye and power in the spectacles and moreover the glasses made had some error as well. We were told that the lens had to be changed again which will cost us rs 15466 again which we payed a few months back.
When patna store was called for the same. They denied to take any ownership of the huge mistake that was done from their end and came up with the answer that lens could have been changed free of cost if it had been communicated to them 45 days within the purchase period. My concern is first of all inspite of constant visit to the store multiple times neither was any solution given and moreover the major point of concern is the same was never communicated to me that there is a deadline of 45 days as per the company policy. Even if i would have been aware the outcome would have been the same because it was not my efforts at fault but the store efficiency and error which was. The store concerned in now saying to bring the spectacles to the patna store and get it checked which is not at all possible for me since i have moved to kolkata for some purpose and moreover this is not the kind of customer service i expect at the company's end. The major reason according to me why my power of eyes changed is that i was made to wear wrong power glasses for a long period of time. This mistake is something which is not tolerable and again raises a major issue
I being a regular customer at your company would kindly request to look into this matter and kindly provide me the correct power glasses through the kolkata store itself without any charges since if you inquire this is not at all a customer's fault but the store which stands at fault clearly.
It has been almost a week that i have written to customer care service with no positive response as for now.
As being a customer it is very much important to support the customer when he /she stands correct

I ordered Spectacles from Titan eye plus electronic city store and paid around 16K. But the product which i got first time were bad quality lenses. After changing i found that the frame was little damaged after fitting and also lens cutting and finishing not properly done. The adjusted amount was also not refunded.

poor frame quality of spectacles

I had purchased spectacles from this shop in kandivali east in aug 2018. A few days back one arm of the frame got damaged. On approaching the store i was curtly informed that there is nothing they can do about it as the spring of the frame has been damaged and i would have to buy a new frame costing 2500/. The warranty had expired just 3 months back but they mentioned anyways that even within the warranty period, they were not responsible for any damage to the frame. I concluded that the product was of inferior quality and the service equally poor. On querying them as to why i should purchase from a titan store if a small time optician offers me a similar product/service at half the price, they had no answer. This brand just does'nt have any value attached to it

I order a titan sunglass with lens rx white titan lens item code - xtp16zw. Deliveey date was 15/11/19. But on 18/11/19, they r telling lens what are came from company is different from what i order.. This sunglass is very urgent and essential for me.. How they do this. So reputed company how do they give wrong product.. Sales order no terg001319.. How they r so casual they supply wrong product specially from such a reputed company. They r taking a good amount of money but they r not supply right product and right time to deliver the product..

poor quality frame and lenses

I had purchased a hand crafted frame from titan and lenses with all necessary add ons costing around 10k. After using for few months i had huge scratches on the lenses k which should be scratch resistance), frame arms steel pieces came out thrice which had to stick it with quick fix and above all when i sit in front of my computer, the computer screen appears to be curve like the curved led television. I reported the matter to the outlet earlier to the store where they adjusted the frame and the curve television effect was reduced. After few days same situation. I re visited the store and explained the mattet i was very poorly treated and arrogantly spoken by the staff. Due to above i left the glasses and exited the store.in nut shell, titan is into sales of poor quality products and also having poor staff.

Titan claims to provide free eye test of 0 defect but 2 days before i purchased specs which was tested in titan store only, but when i got delivery of glasses there is blur feeling and pain in my eyes and headache, then i went to another titan store and got my eyes tested, which showed different power!!! What is this the glasses alone costed rs 2000 when i asked titan people they said there is minor mistake, plz plz resolve this issue...

poor quality product and unresponsive staff

I bought a pair of spectacles at titan eye plus mg road, camp pune on 07 sep 2019 and paid rs, 45578/- for the same. The spectacles were received in a week's time and i started using them. Within a short duration of six weeks one of the eye glass has come out four times. Every time i went to the franchise and got it fixed and finally on 17 oct 2019 i asked them to find a permanent solution, i asked to meet the franchise manager but the staff avoided making some excuse, now the glasses are with them for almost a week and i haven't been given any assurance as to when i am likely to get them back. Such poor quality product and service is totally unexpected from a tata enterprise. I request that the spectacles be replaced on priority and the erring staff suitably cautioned for their poor response.

I bought lenses from tat eyeplus dwarka store. Since purchase of lense i was facing problem,,,, they told me if any difficulty then lenses will be replaced. I am well within one year and went to store. There store manager ritu and sushil without checking crm said that my one year is over and nothing could be done. They spoke very rudely and were least concerned about my issue. Though i told ritu two weeks back but could not pursue as had to goto mumbai.
There is a clear cut problem in my lenses where in i have raise my neck and things clearly... These are progressive and lens had to be larger. Trying to get email id of mr ronnie talati but cannot...
Tital eyeplus guys are saying tehy wont get new lenses made.
Strict action should be taken against sushil and ritu for not listening to customers problem and being rude. Everything can be seen through the cctv in the store.
I am trying to reach tata senior management though... Hope this mail goes to right hands i get justice

I had purchased a titan progressive lens from titan eye plus shop in dehradun. Shop located on kishan nagar chowk chakrata road dehradun. Since i did not know about progressive lens they cheated me by giving me trifocal lens instead of progressive lens and charged for progressive lens. This is how your as shop we employees openly cheat. A honest man like mr. Ratan tata s name being spoiled. Shame to you.

made wrong lens and then making excuses

I m a government servant, i gave order of making glass of progressive lenses they made a wrong lenses and frame when we complaint them of making wrong lenses they said that they will change the lenses but they didn't did any thing it's being 2 months i m very upset with such kind of fraud and making fool please either refund my money or change my lenses

I bought a specs in Titen Eye ambattur chennai in 2016. Has lot of a scratches. Even its scratches proof lens

I bought glasses from titan eye plus Kandivali East, Mumbai.The power of the lenses was not proper even after giving them to change two times.So I asked them for refund they took the product from me but I am not given the refund for this.From last 8 days they have been telling we have initiated the refund but no proper answer.
Have even called their customer care number around 10-12 times.They say they will contact the store and get back but then no call from their side.The shop manager says we have to talk to higher authorities and the customer care support says that get in touch with the store from where you bought it they will guide you.But all waste of time and no proper guarantee of my refund.

about my spectacles that I purchased from titan eye plus

I am having very high astigmatism. At the time of purchasing from titan eye plus they didn't tell me that the frame i chose will not accommodate such high power glasses. Due to this there is alignment issue that i can't even wear the spectacle, using my old one, then what will i do this to this new spectacle, what is fault, i paid such a huge amount

late delivery of lenses
I ordered lenses from titaneyeplus ambience mall, gurgaon on 2-5-19 to be delivered to my home. After 15days today when i called them they informed me there's some delay and i will receive them after 30-5-19. I didn't even receive a call regarding this which i should have. Very bad services. They should have some courtesy to inform consumer and this is not first time that i am facing this issue. I was waiting for new lenses to come as my previous lenses have expired and now i have nothing to wear in my eyes. Really disappointing

frame return issue at lalbaug outlet

I had visited titan eye plus lalbaug outlet for buying specs for my wife. The salesman said that they do not have the optometer and will be available after two days. As we have to get the specs, we purchased a frame costing rs. 850/-. When the optometer was available after two days the optometrist told us that she do not have any eyesight number and her vision is normal.
The sales man then suggested to get the eyes checked at an eye specialist and if the number is still not there, we will take return the purchased frame. So we visited the bacchubhai hospital in parel and there also the result was the same.
When my wife went at lalbaug outlet, the salesman said i have not talked about refund but you can buy something else. We both have sunglasses already and we both do not have eyesight number then why should i forcibly purchase something else (Sunglasses)?
I accept my mistake that before checking the eyesight i bought the frame. But that too happened as the shop was not having optometer at the time of my visit.
I believe you can deduct the handling charges, gst etc and refund the remaining amount.
Very much disappointed by the sales man replies!!!

Purchased a progressive lens with frame from this outlet in the month of feb2018. The first time, i did my power testing with their own technician and the glasses were made. It was not satisfactory. Next i was suggested to consult an optolmoligist and was told to bring the power reading. I did so and they replaced the lens. multifocal lenses

I got my multi-focal lenses made by titan eyeplus e-1/2, sec-7, rohini opposite m2k rohini on 28.11.2018. Invoice no: bak0057708 for rs.4560. To my surprise only the near objects were visible but there was no clarity after 10 feet distance.
When i complained to the management about difficulty in driving and recognising people around me. They did not pay heed to my feedback. They only suggested me to get spectacles made for the far sighted options and that did not serve the sole purpose of me investing in getting the multi-focal lenses made. I'm highly disappointed with the service and product received that does not fit my vision.

delay and change my order

My order date 05.01.2019. I am ordering crizal lens. Amount 1260 each lens. Two days after the showroom salesman callme and asked the crizal lenses not available (In particular amount 2520) titan lenses available. I ask salesman ok change my order, and when my order delivered. Salesman told maximum 4 (Four) workingdays (11.01.2019). I called 11.01.2019 show room girl said courier not coming, tomorrow pick up. Today (14.01.2019) i calling the same answer repaid. My eye power too high. (-5.5) ten days i am glass less.

replacement not provided for in warranty product

Hi i purchased eye glass frame from titan eye plus aliganj, lucknow around in may. After purchasing the frame its paint got wearing off after just 5 months. Also the nosepad broke one day. They provide 1 year warranty so it was in warranty

lens rx white titan for reading glasses and for distance sight
I visited Titan Eyeplus Showroom at Nicevue, C-1/6, Janak Puri, New Delhi on 2.8.2018 for getting my eye testing and getting made reading glasses and for distance sight. I got both the glasses on 6.8.2018 and I informed the person attending me at the shop that I am not comfortable with both these glasses. He informed me that in 2-3 days you will feel comfortable. Believing him I took the glasses and came back. But I am not at all comfortable with both the glasses. I gave the feedback on your messaging sight. I got a call on 21.8.2018 from the Titan Eyeplus showroom enquiring about the reasons for the negative feedback and I informed him that I am not at all comfortable with the both the glasses. He informed me that he will call me after some time and after that he did not call me. Please get my glasses rectified so that I should feel comfortable with the glasses and can use those glasses.

defective glasses purchased from frazer town bangalore showroom of titan

I had purchased eye glasses from Frazier Town Bangalore showroom of titan.Very soon tiny bubble spits appeared on the lens blurring th vision.i was in US since then and could not reach out, I returned last week and complained immediately.Nothing can be done is the reply I received.I want the glasses to be corrected(since it cannot be replaced due to toms lapse) or at least discount on my present purchases.Pictures of defective glasses and invoice submitted to Rt Nagar showroom of Titan.

I have purchased two spectacles from titan eye plus sadar nagpur duly checked by their doctor. But when i started wearing them i could not able to use them as i am unable to read.
When i complaint the doctor and the sales persons said it will take time to adjust so i again tried but failed to use both the specs.
Next time they kept them for repairs but again return the same saying from our side it is perfect and we there is no fault in the specs.
Now i am unable to use them and lost rupees 23212/-and filing complain in consumer forum.

Being an active customer of titan eye+ it is totally a fact of truth that you fail to provide good services as well as the good and positive deeds of the same.
When I went to complain they denied the services and said that the warranty period won't cover your problem.

Delayed delivery of spectacle

With reference to above subject, i have placed order for power spectacles to titan compant limited, k-28 connaught place, opp pvr plaza delhi-110001 on dated 02/06/2017. My order no. Istdcp027187. It was eexpected to deliver on 07.06.2017. I have requested to shopkeeper that it is urgent since there is problem in my eye and it is required urgently. So the above mentioned shopkeeper has assured me that it would be deliver by 06.06.2017 but it is not delivered till date. I have talked to above shopkeeper since 07.06.2017 about the delivery. They were only delaying the delivery day by day and assuring that it would be deliver by next morning. But till date, it has not been delivered to me.
So, it is requested to please refund my money so that i can purchase it somewhere.

Dear tata,
Your team is telling that you guy need 7 working day / 48 working hr, i feel you people don't even keep track of customer support and follow up
Eyeglass is some thing an important part of life and you people are playing with it
Duplicate things are not at all excepted with brand like titan (i am buying lot of things from titan since my childhood i eat tata salt and now i use to by tanishq gold you can see you data if your really keep the track)
Money is not important the faith do play with it indians are having only few to proud and tata is one of those but now it seems they are also started cheating with with there own country mans.
Mr. abdul at 13:00 hr 28/08/2016 has frustrated me with the bull [censored] waste of my time in tracking the record that was not at all correct.

Thickness and weight discrepancies

I have a very bad experience from titan eye+ titan eye plus in malviya nagar, delhi - 110017. i am reproducing the mails i have sent to them as well as titan eye plus customercare. even after three weeks, there is nobody come forward to resolve the complaint. i am planning to take up the matter in the consumer court.

With reference to retail invoice no. bcf0020830 dated 04/07/15, sales order no. tdmn021771, i had purchased a spectacle with the lens prem pc pro g hmc (item code : ptp16hw) and with reference to retail invoice no. bcf0027235 dated 23/06/16 sales order no. tdmn028506, i had purchased the lens prem pc pro g hmc (item code : ptp16hw).
Although both the lens have the same item code and the same product description but the thickness as well as weight of the second purchased lens is very less as compared to the earlier one.
I would like to know why the two products having the same product code and for the same power vary in thickness as well as weight with such magnitude?

Not getting the service from Titan eye plus.Today(Dt: 25/09/2016) time 19:25 at Madhapur Titan Eye Plus(Hitech city, Hyderabad) i went to only adjust my specs where my warranty period is till available.But the serviceman refused to do.These type of cheat to the customers will not be acceptable.

With respect to the spectacles that i had purchased on 28th may ’16, i am too disappointed with the way titan eye plus has handled/behaved with the whole situation starting from my purchase up till now.
Titan eye plus happened to deliver the spectacles twice to me with the same defect( titan eye plus glasses) and when escalated the surprising response i get is “the entire batch manufactured with the mentioned power had the same defect” so the question is – why are you even sending those spectacles to the customer when you know of the defect??? Don’t you guys have a quality check on the product before delivering it to the customer ?
Secondly, time delay – purchase date and current date – the delay that titan plus has shown is not only annoying but also unacceptable. Unprofessional is what i can call at this point in time.
However, the manager (Giridhar) and the showroom staff (Naveen) mentioned that they would replace the glasses once again through crizal on 17th june and promised to deliver it on 22nd june.
Today (23th june) when i called giridhar (Which was again me who was following up) he told me that the glasses are ready but they would only give it to me with additional charges applied.(Rs. 800/-)
So the resolution i am expecting from your end is ---- either you refund the whole amount which was paid by me during the purchase or hand over the glasses to me without any additional charges.
I do not want to be penalized for a mistake which wasn’t from my end, why should i even be bearing the additional charges with no fault of mine.
Sad and pathetic customer service, sorry to say but i wouldn’t even be referring titan eye plus to anyone within my circle with the way you guys have handled the entire situation.

Fastrack spectacles

I have been using Titan Eye Plus spectacles for over 6 years now and have had a good experience with them until now.
I bought a fast track spectacles from Titan Eye plus shop on 29th April [ address: No.9, Opp Infosys Cricket Ground, Gate No-3, 1st Phase, Electronic City, Begur Hobli, Konapanna Agrahara Village, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560100]
They provided me the specs on 30th April and i was very happy though they told it would be delivered in 3-4 days. Since I have been using the frames from same company I had full faith in the quality and took them home.
On the second day o[censored]sing it I found out the the lens are not fitted properly, and was almost about to fall off while wearing it. On inspecting further i found that the lens have not been cut properly and it is not sitting correctly inside the frame.
I took the specs today to the shop and showed them the issue. They took a look at it and said that they are going to need a confirmation from higher authorities regarding getting a new lens for the frame. And only upon confirmation they are going to replace it. If not then nothing can be done.
My question to them is that when you are taking so much money, 5k, being a premium company it is expected that you provide a premium product of good quality and finish. Else what is the difference between titan eye plus and a local shop.
Now if the higher authorities do not accept the claim from the shop then I am stuck with a defective piece. Where should i head to to get this solved?

Prescription glasses

I had purchased eye glasses form the fountain showroom of Titan. There are tiny bubbles in the glasses and at night the bubbles suddenly come into my vision and scare me.
I had complained regarding this to the store manager at the time of taking delivery. According to him the lenses were all right. The store manager was quite rude at the time and tried to shoo me away. The experience was very disappointing and degrading.
I want to use the glasses corrected or replaced and request you to revert to me on the issue at [protected]@carilite.com.

But consignment was delivered in Completely Damaged Conditions.
First Flight Courier people at Varanasi location are behaving in very irresponsible way .
