Titan Eye Plus — Store refusing replacement of eye glasses

Please note I had bought new glass in Jan 2022 and within a week the one lens has got scratches. When I buyed these glasses i was told it has 1 year warranty and I was not informed that scratches will not be covered under warranty instead I was told it's scratch resident and other features. I had buyed this paying full amount. Now within one week it has developed big scratch and I had approached store they told me within 24 hours they will reply me but after 4 to 5 days I had called them and then they took action. Kept me waiting for these days. When I called they told me to give my glasses for checks and now after keeping me wait for so many days reply is coming that scratches will not be covered under warranty. I always use the cloth provided by store to clean the glasses. Wat kind of glass is this which develops a small scratches even if you using the cloth provided by store. If one month had passed and scratches come i would have accepted but within a week big scratch. This is totally unacceptable. You people made me buy glasses with all features and what is this. Really disappointed with kind of support provided. I want a replacement of scratch glass. The store person Ms Divya and you guys are saying like I had voluntarily made scratches on the glasses. This i can't accept and need action on this. Now that the store had not provided me any solution I had approached the customer support for escalation. They kept me waiting for more than a month and till date I have got no resolution. Just promising within end of day there will be resolution from Jan 2022. When I drop email no reply to it and when I call customer support line they say they will arrange a call back but they I have to call again but no update till date. Today when I called they are saying store has told that this is man made scratches and they cant do anything. Support team had kept me wandering more than a month but no resolution till date. Very support and customer service. No follow up. If customer is not calling no update on ticket and when I call they say we are working on case. Really fedup. I want a replacement or my money back. Quality of glass is not good. Within one week so many scratches.
