Dear Ma’am/Sir, This is to inform you that, I had purchased a TITAN wrist watch having the model no.(Automatic 9340SM02 Silver/White Analog Watch)on date (14 Jan, 2014) from Lifestyle, Chennai. At the time of purchase I have asked for the automatic watch but later I came to know it was not an automatic wrist watch. I have already paid the amount 9600/- for the automatic one but now every day I have to manually set the key to adjust the appropriate timings. I have gone their more than 5 times and requested for the proper service but they are not caring about it. Therefore I am requesting you to kindly consider my mail as a complaint and take the necessary action to resolve at the earliest. Looking forward for your kind cooperation.
