I have placed an order from Titan online store (http://titan.co.in/) with Order no: EC00039404 which got delivered on May 9th and there was a defect in the watch, I saw moisture and fog in the watch and a return was initiated on the same day May 9th. Its been 15 days and Tittan still says to wait for bluedart and will pickup but I see no signs. I request you to escalate the issue
