Titan — Titan watch straps | |||||
Hi, I purchased a Titan watch in year 2000. I have been chasing the Titan store and their customer services to arrange the watch straps to which I have never received a fruitful response. Titan wants me to submit my watch at their store in exchange to rs 1500 voucher. My watch is working perfectly fine and do not want it to be exchanged for rs 1500 voucher. My watch model number is 9246. On last occasion when I requested the service center to arrange two set of straps, I was told that I won't face this issue again and straps will be arranged available to me without any hassle.
