I have purchased watch Model No 2530BM01 from World of Titan, QRS Retail Ltd Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram on 14/01/2016.Due to faulty strap clip the watch fell down and the glass got broken.I have given the watch for replacing the glass and the clip.The retail dealer told me to keep the watch with me and they will call me when the glass is ready.Now it is more than 2 months elapsed and today was my third visit and enquired about the status. The reply was negative.Kindly help me to get the watch repaired. Was this information helpful? | |||

i have mailed to u ntice at titan customercare and helpdesk, but regret to say that not even a phone call i have received from your part till this date.i also described the worst approach from ur authorised service centre ad shop
at alleppey (popy pendulam). Now i am compelled to launch a legal proceedings against u and the concerned shops at alleppey and trivandrum. Ur approach towards a customer complaint is very pathetic
