Dear Sir Please find below mentioned communication had with Titan:- With lot of agony I am bringing to your kind notice the following:- As suggested by your executive over phone to day I went to TITAN service center to collect my watch and requested them to provide the service voucher along with the watch, but they refused my request to give the same and I have tried to meet the head of the service center but he was too busy...hence I could not escalate the same to him and came back without collecting my watch. As informed through my earlier mail since the purchase this was 4th time that I have given the watch to repair .
