Titan World — Fastrack reflex 3 not working

Dear sir, I have purchased Fastrack reflex 3 three months back but it is not working and not getting pair with mobile and showing a circle made of two clock wise arrow and a triangle in middle of circle on its screen. I went to to your outlets at giridih and Dhanbad but didn’t get any solution. I have also requested for video call but no one called me. So you are requested to resolve our issues or replace my watch. Regards Babloo Kumar
