Tjori — Non payment of amount after return of product

I have ordered a kalamkari cotton slip with order id[protected] on February 25, 2025. it got delivered by 28th feb where i found the size wont the as the same i ordered so i want to exchange but they wont have any exchange policy due to which have to return it, but after return they wont initiate any refund of amount.
