This is regarding Order No: [protected]. I have not yet received the product nor refund. You just get stuck in the loop of customer care emails. No action taken from their end whatsoever. So I have decided to take up this issue legally.

Order not received nor received refund
This is regarding order number Order No: [protected]. I have not yet received the product nor refund. After sending so many emails you just get stuck in the loop of customer care emails. No action taken whatsoever.

Long Story short -
This was an urgent order placed on 1st August 2021, with a promised delivery date of 15th August 2021 .
The order moved into production with craftsman the moment I made the payment .
Till 15th August, no email or message or call was received from the Tjori team informing me about any kind of delay .
I called up on 16th August to check, but was informed by a robot on the phone that their CUSTOMER care numbers are all closed since everyone is working from home. I decided to cancel the order and requested the same through an online portal.
To which I received a robotic reply with a promised call back from a human in the next 24-48 hrs (by 18 august )
I never received any call or mail on the same, and again tried calling on 18th, getting the same response on the phone . Also, my cancellation request was dishonoured without giving any explanation .
In the meantime, the order delivery date got updated for 22nd August, from 15th August.
I again set up a cancellation request, as I did not want the order, for the simplest of reasons, that everything with the company seemed to be robotic and fraudulent.
The cancellation request continuously got dishonoured and no call back was ever made by any of them .
I have sent numerous emails and reminders and warnings, but all seem to be vain .
I kept getting automated mails stating and promising a call back from a human, but no one ever called me till now .
At the same time, their social networking page was continuously getting updated with new products and services .
My numerous requests, reminders, complaints & warning mails are attached along with this mail. I have more in store.
It was on 23rd August, when I received the first mail from them ( after me warning them for legal action ) . But the way they have replied is attached hereby, it all seems like my fault .

I would like to open their dumb shut brains and let them know, that there is nothing to return, as there was nothing ever received .
Also their website clearly says in their policy, and even if that doesn't, it's the right of the CUSTOMER to take a call for cancellation, if there is a delay from the company, beyond acceptable time .Also The company never ever tried to inform me about any sort of delay . Never ever.
I was told that they will ship out the product at any cost ( even though i don't want it anymore, more because of their filthy behaviour), they mailed me saying if i dont want the order, I can refuse the delivery and they will issue me a credit for lifetime ( mail attached ) . IT'S A SHEER HARASSMENT to a CUSTOMER and I am assuming, they hold up money like this from many CUSTOMERs (feedback read and received ), putting it to FD and making interest out of it .
Dear Consumer FORUM Team, I myself belong to the defence fraternity and it will be a cake walk for me to pin TJORI down on legal grounds . It's not about 4171/-, it's about tolerating fraud people like the one working or owning TJORI.
Hence, I request your intervention in this matter and resolve it in terms of getting my money back .
Also, the money held up forcibly by TJORI, must incur all necessary charges of interests and other liabilities.

I have ordered 3 products on 19th July (pre-paid), 1 product delivered on 23rd July however 2 left. After that I have chased so many times on email for products when to be delivered. 2-3 times they said your order will be delivered on X dat but haven't. Also, they kept changing the delivery date and did not inform me through email. Their number are not working currently.
So stressed. I even wrote a review but seems they are not affected on it.
I have attached the screenshots of my products with order date, reschedule of delivery dates. I wish I could attach the entire email here.
Please help me to take action against it.

Order not received nor got the refund
I placed the order (id [protected]) on 2nd Aug. Tjori cancelled the order from their end without any prior notice or explanation. I neither got any refund nor reply from them. Have been trying to contact them since then. But no reply whatsoever. Pathetic service!

Order delayed beyond acceptable time/No support received / no refund done
Even after sending numbers us mails, Tjori has fraudulently kept my order on hold . The delivery time is already gone by and there has been a delay beting acceptable time . Called up the given number . The number doesn’t work saying all are working from home . No response through email or call backs even after promises made on robotic replies . Kindly look into this . As I will be filing a FIR pertaining to fraud .

Not receipt of refund
I have ordered one kurti from Tjori. It was not of correct size so I asked for return and refund. They said only exchange possible. So I booked another item with bit extra charge. They picked up the old product and said while delivery of the second one, I only need to pay the extra amount. Today the product came for delivery but they are asking for exact price of the product. That means the refund of the old order is absorbed by tjori. The courier boy told that tjori did not mention anything about this. He was instructed to collect the whole price of the current item. It is impossible to reach them. their ph number don't work. They don't reply to mails too. They take almost a month to deliver. the contact details of them are

This is to inform you that total amount paid for Tjori online order [protected] was Rs.3207, whereas only refund of Rs.1131 has been processed at Tjori’s end.
This prepaid order was placed on 27th June 2021, and was cancelled by Tjori citing pandemic impact on 14th July 2021.
Attached below is the screenshot of refund mail showing the discrepancy.
Extremely poor experience with Tjori, it was my first purchase, but the website logistics has discouraged me from purchase in future.
Also, there has been no reply on my subsequent mails and on other platforms.
Hope for a resolution soon.

I had placed an order for Pink Silk Kurta costing Rs 2469 on 7th July and the order#[protected] was confirmed with a delivery date for 21st July.
After a week much to my surprise the order showed cancelled automatically without any intimation. The number provided in the website due to covid is out of order.
I have sent a mail to [protected]@tjori.com request no# is being created but no response yet. No repayment or my order received.

The company is pretty unprofessional in their approach. The order was supposed to be delivered by 2nd July. It was placed on 20th June. They have automatically extended the time at the backend to 9th July without updating or informing. There is no number to contact them. The owner details are absent. Mansi Gupta is the founder by the way. They are not responding to what are they going to with my order apart from informing me that they will not refund me. They dont care.

This is a fake company I believe, I ordered a month before paying it but still they have postponed to July 6th, there is customer care number and mails and msgs are simply auto generated..pls don't get cheated..spread this msg as much as possible coz others don't get deceived..

My order was placed on the 27th of May and the only reason it was placed was because they estimated the delivery on 7th june as i had travel plans.
They have been delaying my order, till date with vague mail replies and no concrete answers.
It got shifted to 14th June, then their customer service (which is generally there to help you) delayed it to 15th June and now it is the 21st of June.
The payment has been pre done.

Hi, I ordered a kurta from Tjori.com on 27th of last month and they promised to deliver it by 7th of June 2021(I understand there was lockdown and all the deliveries were late) . Later when I checked their website around 5-6th June to track the product about the delivery, it showed me delivery date 14th June . They made false promises whenever I asked them. They were like it will be delivered by 14th any how. I followed up again they said 15th.I asked them for refund, they were like we don't have policy for refund.. This is the worst experience. On 14th I am getting to know it can't be delivered before 21st.This company is full of false commitments and they kind of harras customers. I highly recommend you all to think 10 times before buying anything from them

The order was canceled and returned and there was no intimation by TJORI.
Moving on, I wrote an email expressing my frustration and there was no acknowledgment for the delay.
They reshipped it from their end and then expressed the estimated date is 7th June. Even this time, regardless of expressing and communicating my disappointment and urgency, the order was canceled and returned and I was not informed by them either by an email or a message, a call is a luxury here.
They refunded me by Tjori Coins, and this is highly disrespectful and I wish to never shop from them again. so the coins make no sense.

They delivery was assured for 29th May which they postponed for 5th June and now today on the 5th June they are postponing for 12 th June.
I am asking for Refund of my amount from the 1st of June but they assured that the products will be delivered on 5th June and today they YET POSTPONED FOR 12TH JUNE.
AS I NEED TO GO, so please Refund my money as you are not able to send the products.

Tjori team service is one of the worst services I have gotten so far. I had ordered this product and did not receive the entire set and the colour is nowhere near the one shown online. I tried sending it back. I sent a minimum of 50 mails and waited for 2.5 months and still waiting for someone to come and pick up the product. Very irresponsible behaviour and extreme lack of service. The stupid product is still lying with me, with one one to bother doing anything. I requested a refund and I am not even getting a rupee back for the mistake that amazing TJORI did. I have made an order 0f 30, 000 rupees until now from tjori, and they first time I tried returning, this is the service I get. Major issue in fitting for earlier products as well. Never buying from Tjori again. And I suggest the same to everyone else

Not being able to use my lifetime coupon.

Cancelled my order and instead of getting my money back got a lifetime coupon. Now when I'm wanting to use that coupon they are saying that you already ordered something with that coupon. And you will not be able to use that till the order is returned back to us. WORD OF ADVICE - DON'T EVER SHOP ON THIS ### SITE.

Fraud lossed money
This is third class worst fraud online shopping app it does not even deserv single star, please dont buy it anything .
I have placed order for around 2399 and its been month i am still waiting after writing to their support i am only getting message from nikhil who handle chat box that your request os sent to apparel team don’t understand if this gonecase apparel team is exist or not even they are not cancelling my order and not giving my money back . I sent them around 25-30 followp mails still i am getting response that they will talk to apparel team
I lossed my 2399 rs .

Tjori is a fraud company, their service is really poor. They cancelled my prepaid orders and now not refunding. Nobody is responding to my calls, mails. Thrice one of the team member called on my number and threatened me not to email to tjori support or else he has my address, so he will come to my house and [protected]@pe me.

My order was cancelled by the Tjori customer executive named RAMAN after 3 months of order placed. I was keep on following over email for the delivery and everytime I got response as "we will dispatch". But this guy Raman cancelled without informing me and when I showed my dissatisfaction over email, he called and started using abusive language and said will not return actual amount of money.

I ordered a kurti and was so saddened after receiving it..kurta seemed like stitched form a lining low cost material which is unfit to be used as inner also...and the stitching !!! What to say...it didn't get inside my head...disgusting...making money by cheating ppl ...get a life creepy Tjori..I wd say Change the name frm Tjori to chori😡😡😡

Same Experience. They will ask us to cancel the order for their in-capabilities for not delivering! and ask us to accept the voucher instead of refund !! Why do we have to accept the voucher !! and sure are we they are going to cater to our next order when they are not capable to deliver the one we ordered.
I THINK, IT IS A SCAM BY TJORI TO LOOT US IN THE NAME OF THE ORDER AND LATER NOT REFUNDING !!

This company has the worst possible customer care. They first delivered a damaged product and didn't pick it up till 3 weeks! There was no customer care number and neither is there a telephone call from them. Imagine! Your money gone you are waiting for them to grace you with customer service. It's been almost a month and they still don't have any clue on the balance order remaining and replacement. This is beyond cheating and how ! Please take action against them as they are playing a fraud on customers. My 2000 rupees gone!

Tjori have a replacement policy for clothes in case of size issue. When I reached out replacement there was a response to initial email for more details of product which I did provide but no action/ Response from tjori despite chasers. Seems like Tjori are fine with customer complains and care less as long as more people are ordering from the website. Initially the team looks professional however when an issue arises it is ignored. Tjori doesn’t honour their replacement and refund policy. After having a look at the number of customer complains I realise the reason Tjori have blocked commenting for their post on FB and insta. Also, negative reviews on their app are not reported.
