I have purchased a pair of jutti from tjori on 11th november and gave the payment via paytm and it was delivered to me on 23rd november. The footwear is a size bigger than required and i wish to exchange it but cannot contact the company in any way. A email has been sent but haven't received a reply. My invoice id is #[protected].
