[Resolved] Tkameez — Invoice received by cc avenue but no order confirmation | |||||
(Order no. 36120_17011530.) I ordered a pair of joggers for rs. 732. The payment was through debit card and was successful but no confirmation of order was received from the site concerned . Although the invoice for the said payment was received from cc avenue . I am not able to contact them on the given helpline numbers . Kindly look into the issue and deliver the said products .
