[Resolved]  Tkameez — Order not received at all

I ordered goods from tkameez.com on 28th may 2016 & according to there t&c the provide goods in between 7-15 days and today its 17 of june and i haven't received my order or refund of money for the same. There is no contact from there side and the numbers they provide are not recheable at all.

I have tried so many times contacting them but there is no response. I have received a mail from them with the invoice which is powered by cc avenue.
I want to resolve this complaint as soon as possible and want strict actions against them if they are not genuine at all.
Please do consider the complaint as resolve it to the nearest extent.
