TMT Bus — Regarding money

I took the bus from jai mata di and took ticket and given 50 rupee and conductor asked for 2 rupees change and i given than he return 5 rupees and said wait and after few minutes when i asked for money he said you have given only 20 rupee and i am student where will i get money now to get back to home. He havent returned that 30 rupee.
