TNEB, Saligramam — Low voltage... (170 volts is not enough)

Last two weeks saligramam, statebank colony peoples are very disturbing due to low voltages... Air conditionar is very importance for summer seasons only. But we could not able to use the a/c in this summer.. Because of low voltage.
Already we complaint to the asst.Engineer of saligramam eb office...
But no response from him.. He told us like " most of peoples using two or three air conditions how can we help u"...

Ok no problem.. In this period of month we could not able to pay the full payment of eb bill... How it will possible or not?
Dear editor please take a action for us..

We need full power supplly for this summer period... Its very important
