Sir,
I am a Senior Citizen.I am a new tenant moved to this premises I would like to Pay the TNEB BILLS on line.. I am unable to use this facility available in TNEB web site as it has got the previous tenants user ID and password, .I am unableto get the details .I wanted to change the usermail/ID and password in the web site available.
.I request you to help me and guide me so that I can use this facility.
