TNSTC — Attitude of person attending complaint/Suggestions phone

I called TNSTC Tirunelveli mobile phone number to enquire/suggest about 1) bus service to Medical College Hospital from Railway Station and 2) to give feed back/complaint about the absent bus services from super speciality Hospital to New bus station (4 am and 4:15 am services) since I had to wait for 40 minutes since 4am at KrishnaHospitalstop. The first bus came at 4:40 am only.
While I started telling about the first complaint itself the person attending the phone call got irritated saying it was head office. I asked if it was Chennai office. He said yes. Then I asked for Tirunelveli number. He then said it was Tirunelveli Head office only. Then he said it was not their business to change/correct name board of buses. Then I said that the way he was talking itself showed his attitude of not welcoming the feedback. He could have guided me to contact appropriate number if I had calledthe wrong number. Then why are they advertising saying to contact that number for feedback. I said thank you and disconnected the call.
