TNSTC — Complaint about reservation Bus from Neyveli Township

Dear Sir, I'm Kavaskar.R coming from Neyveli Township every sundays. I'm doing advance booking for my travel at 11:30PM by using SETC website. Most of the time, i never find my seat in bus when i booked location. Ex : If 25th is window seat while booking, but showing middle seat in bus. Every time lot of confusion happening. Yesterday i'm very much disappointed because reserved bus came with worst condition. Moreover there is no reservation number in that bus. I want to know one thing that what is the meaning of reservation since they are shuffling seat nos & buses. Hope understand pain of public & taking action in this regard. Thanks! Kavaskar.R

Updated by rajkavas Also conductor asking printed ticket for online booking.
I thing it's not mandatory if that person showing any government ID proof with soft copy of booked ticket.
Kindly do the needful. Thanks!

Thanks for not giving proper response.
This week also same thing happening.
Not good bus, if you are thinking reservation done people are fool. It's absolutely correct because we can't do anything beyond this.
Hope some one can able to read this mail.
Very much disappointment.

Still issue not cleared,
Reserved Bus seat no's mismatching with online booking.
It's very disappointing to me.
I'm going to forward this complaint to Our Honorable CM.
Hope i'll get solution.
