Recently I travelled from mannargudi to chennai by TNSTC bus with route No 246 F starting from mannargudi at 9.50 P.M.Though they collected charges for Ultra Deluxe service they provided only the super Deluxe bus.They said that they could not do anything about that and if i wished i could complaint to their higher authorities.Please look into the matter to avoid taking steps through consumer courts.
