TNSTC — Not stopping the bus in proper bus stops

iam dani from podanur i got the bus in podanur at 10.30am, the bus was not stopped in proper bus stop ( anna statue). i asked the reason to the conductor he is telling that if the bus stoped in singnal means it wont be stop in the bus stop itseems, because of this i cant able to go office on time and my salary was deducted,
so please take an action, atlaest worn them properly, i have called you already, if you didt take action properly. please inform.in mail i would like to go collector office.
