TNSTC — setc bus conductor

Dear sir/madam,

I'm travelling from chennai to shengottai in setc this bus some seats are free. 2 girls are asking seats to continue their travel and they are not reserved. The conductor gave tickets and gave seats also. After that one old man (65+) and a small guy (5) are getting into the bus and they also not reserved. Conductor asked tickets to them and they took tickets but the conductor didn't gave seats to them and told them to sit on floor.
I'm unhappy with this incident. Because, here, all are humans and everyone has their self respect. And they two have rights to sit on the seats too. Everyone is going to their native to see their families and friends with lot of dreams and expectations. If people will treat like this how they will be happy. My request is, please be kind and share love to everyone.
I know that you can't take any steps regarding my query. But, atleast those who are all reading this can correct their mistakes.
