TNSTC — Ticket Balance not Given

Yesterday evening I have travelled from Madurai to Chennai in TNSTC-MADURAI (TN 58 N 2146) bus. The Ticket charge was Rs. 280 and I gave Rs. 300 to the conductor. But he didn't give me the balance of Rs. 20 in-spite of reminding two times. He didn't care to give the balance while getting down at the stop (At Guduvanchery bus stop) when I asked again for the balance, he didn't provide my balance and also he ignored my words. Herewith I have attached my ticket copy with this complaint. Kindly take appropriate action by considering my complaint.
