Re i have reserved a ticket on 23rd dec 14 from chennai cmbt to madurai on 19:00 time bus but on finishing the booking the payment has been debited from my account but ticket not booked and I have booked same seat for two time both aMount only deducted so please refund the amount ..

Sir, Just now before I have reserved a ticket for Journey Date : 25th dec 14 from chennai cmbt to Salem at 00:30 time bus.
I finished the booking and my amount had been debited from my account but ticket is not booked and i didn't receive the mail also. Please rectify this problem and refund my money back as soon as possible
