I booked a online ticket from bangalore to pondicherry(9:05pm) on 02/jan/2015. after reaching hosur, the bus was stopped and made us to wait for an hour in hosur bus stand till the next bus reach hosur bus stand. they said the reason as there is only less number of passengers in the bus. so they have planned to combine both the buses. i have booked a front seat(seat no:5) as i have spinal problem but in the other bus i was given seat in the last row. the route from thiruvanamalai to senji was so bad due to which i had a severe spinal ache. And this is not the one time it has happened, it happens most of the time. the passengers are not given the seat which they are booking through online because of this combining the bus together. we pay extra charge for booking through online but we are the one who is suffering. I want you to take a compalint and make sure atleast it doesn't happen again.
